Any of these resources may be available in a comprehensive One-Stop Center
FM System (device used by a person to hear a speaker more easily if hard-of-hearing)
TTY (telephone system used by a person who is deaf or by anyone to call a person who is deaf)
Alternative telephone communication system: Computer software
NexTalk computer program (alternative TTY)
Amplified telephone (with flashing lights, large keypad, adjustments for tone and clarity)
Notepaper and pen or pencil
A system to receive in-coming calls from a TTY user
A system to allow a client to make out-going calls on a TTY phone
Use of Arizona Relay Services to make or receive calls from a person using a TTY
Television for viewing programs, DVD's, or videotapes with captioning
