Hearing / Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Hearing loss? Deaf? Assistive technology and accommodations make a world of difference. Topics include the different types of hearing loss and understanding the difference between people who are hard of hearing and those who are Deaf. Learn how to communicate with someone in either population, and understand etiquette and resources such as relay services and assisted listening devices. Training will be capped at 25 participants. CRC eligible training.
